The New Ventures Legal Team由十名香港中文大學就讀法律專業的同學於2014年6月成立。目標是為中大同學在創業過程中遇到的法律問題，提供優質的法律研究報告和資訊，協助創業的同學作出明智的決策。
The talk, run by the New Ventures Legal Team, aims to inform you about the basic principles of the corporate structure. We will deal with the different business structures, how to incorporate, and how to use shares of a company to achieve different aims such as financing or employment.

The New Ventures Legal Team is a team of 10 senior CUHK LLB and PCLL law students. Founded in June 2014, the goal of the Team is to provide quality legal research and information for new ventures in CUHK with respect to any legal issues that may arise in the course of their projects. Although not in any way legal advice, the Team seeks to allow entrepreneurs and project initiators to make more informed decisions by providing accessible and informative research on the legal dimensions of their endeavors.
